While sagjili endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary Platform unavailability.
sagjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player Account, and to withhold or forfeit Account balances, in any of the following circumstances:
In cases where Account closure results from Player-side breach of these Terms, any balance derived from or contaminated by the breach may be forfeited. Where closure is not related to Player breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any legitimate balance will be returned via the Player's verified withdrawal method.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct engagement with sagjili's support team, Players who are dissatisfied with sagjili's resolution may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its formal complaint procedures, as the regulatory body overseeing sagjili's operating licence. The decisions of PAGCOR in its regulatory capacity are binding on sagjili.
Any legal proceedings arising from unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
